Gabbiano Suites is on Viale Italia, where Cervia fades into Pinarella, with the beach on the other side of the road. The units at the back look out on the sea; those at the front, from the upper floors, reach as far as the hills in the distance.

All of them have a balcony, and all except the standard double room have a kitchenette. Cleaning, linen and kitchenware are included in the price.

It is the second newest property in the group after Venus MiMa: the interiors were refurbished recently. It ranges from a double room to a six-bed apartment, the largest we have. There is a garden, parking on request and an agreement with the Bagno White beach. No breakfast service, but the coffee and tea corner with biscuits, jams and rusks is always included.
